Moon Salgado
With more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and as a Business Development Director, along with over 15 years in the home care and assisted living field, Moon Salgado combines clinical insight with genuine compassion in every aspect of her work. Her background in healthcare gave her a deep understanding of patient needs, care coordination, and the importance of quality standards while her personal journey gave her the heart behind it all.
Moon’s path to caregiving began long before she founded the agency. When her mother became ill, Moon took on the role of primary caregiver, balancing medical responsibilities with emotional support. That experience profoundly shaped her perspective on what it means to provide care not just as a professional, but as a daughter. Through those years, she witnessed the strength of her mother’s spirit and the difference that thoughtful, personalized care can make in a person’s comfort and dignity.
Inspired by that experience, Moon transitioned from the corporate healthcare world to create an agency grounded in empathy, trust, and integrity. Her vision was to build a team that delivers the same level of care she would want for her own family attentive, respectful, and deeply human.
